SapoCycle has paired up with Roche as part of their micro-secondment programme led by the Corporate Donations & Sponsoring team.
Since 2007, the Roche secondment programme has been a win-win-win initiative for participating NGOs, employees and Roche. It consists of a skills-based volunteering programme for employees to work collaboratively with NGOs to improve health. This volunteering programme combines the capabilities and skills of #Roche and its employees with those of #NGOs to build capacity, deliver sustainable outputs and escalate impact.
We began this six-month secondment with Roche last May. The aim of this collaboration was to develop together the handbook that would enable us to start our social franchising in other countries.
This week we celebrated the completion of this cooperation with the delivery of our Operations Manual. We are very thankful to this wonderful Roche team who collaborated in this project!!!
Our idea is to reproduce our already successful Bubbles Saving Lives Programme operating in Switzerland and France and take it to a local context in a new country through the format of a franchise.
We are already talking to interested partners who are willing to replicate in other countries. We will keep you posted n 2022!!
